Philips also offers a 2-year extended warranty in United States and Canada, which you can purchase any time during the above device warranty period. Warranties apply when the product is used and maintained in accordance with labeling and instructions for use. In the event of a problem, contact your Philips-authorized service representative.  They will attempt to resolve the problem remotely.  If they are not able to, they will replace your device at no charge.
